Free, volunteer-run community street event providing over 25 barrier-free trick-or-treating stations and family-friendly Halloween fun. Crafts, prizes from local businesses, and special visitors like local firefighters, police, and the League of Superheroes. Dress up and join the fun! Open to all, and mindful of those with sensory sensitivities.

Ottawa Charge VS Boston Fleet
The Charge host a holiday matinée against the Boston Fleet in an early-season PWHL matchup. Ottawa looks to build on momentum from their Walter Cup Finals appearance last season, while Boston brings a competitive squad looking to continue their success against the Charge.
Both teams feature elite talent and fast-paced hockey, making this a must-see event for fans spending the holidays in the nation’s capital. Puck drops at noon for an afternoon of world-class women’s hockey.
Breakfast with Santa
Experience the magic of the season while making a difference for children and youth in our community at the fifth annual Breakfast with Santa at the Ottawa Christmas Market.
Children and their families are invited to join Santa for breakfast in his dining room in the Horticulture Building. A hearty pancake breakfast, photos and a visit with Santa, children’s activities, and appearances by special guests will make this a morning to remember at the most wonderful, magical time of the year!
