Happy Goat Coffee co. is a lovely independent coffee shop/restaurant, perfect for breakfast and lunch. It’s the oldest coffee shop in the Glebe and owner Miriam Rangel, who has been at the helm for 11 years, has created a cozy and hospitable space for her loyal clientele. This is not a place where people go with a laptop. You come here to chat and meet your neighbours.” The coffee comes from a roaster in Picton and the food, soup and baked goods are homemade. Rangel is especially proud of the delicious empanadas, which she says, “are made by a lady who wraps them like babies.
