By submitting an event for consideration to The Glebe Business Improvement Area (Glebe BIA), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Submission Review and Approval

- All event submissions are subject to review by The Glebe BIA. Submission of an event does not guarantee its inclusion on our website, newsletters, social media channels, or other promotional platforms.

-The Glebe BIA reserves the right to approve, edit, or deny any event submission at its sole discretion and without notice or explanation.

2. Event Criteria

- Events must be open to the general public (paid or free) and take place within The Glebe or be relevant to the Glebe community.

- Events must align with The Glebe BIA’s values and support a positive and inclusive community environment.

3. Content Responsibility

- Event organizers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

- The Glebe BIA is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in submitted content.

4. Edits and Modifications

- The Glebe BIA may make minor edits to submission text for clarity, grammar, or formatting purposes.

- Any significant changes will only be made in consultation with the event organizer, where possible.

5. Timing

- Event submissions should be made at least 7 business days prior to the event date to allow time for review and promotion. Late submissions may not be accommodated.
