Ichiban Bakery is an Ottawa based, family-owned establishment, providing breads, cakes and pastries for the last 18 years. Newly opened in the heart of the Glebe, we make everything fresh daily, no preservatives, no additives, just pure, good, soulful food. We are completely peanut free and bake everything just like mama does. We use the best ingredients and always ensure the best quality possible.
