Choose between a dynamic 45-minute yoga or Pilates class, tailored to invigorate both body and mind. After your workout, indulge in a complimentary smoothie generously provided by our sponsor. Event Highlights: -Yoga or Pilates: Select your preferred session and experience expert-led movement. Space is limited to 20 participants per class. -Complimentary Smoothies: Recharge with a delicious drink crafted by our wellness partners. -Mixer and Mingling: Unwind in a relaxed atmosphere, connecting with fellow participants.

Schedule as follows: -Yoga Class: 12:30-1:15pm -Pilates Class: 1:30-2:15pm -Mixer: 2:30-4pm
