Come by June 25th between 6-8 p.m. to see some beautiful paintings by local artist, Jesse Williams! Have some snacks, Davids Tea, and meet the artist!

Jesse Williams has always had an interest in painting natural landscapes, and his investigation of the natural world through art has always been a topic that he gravitates towards. Many of his landscapes feature a human element both because all these moments are experienced through his own interaction with the landscape, and because much of nature has been shaped to some degree by humans (For example the ‘nature’ of the Gatineau park is seen through the lens of cut trails cleaned woods in a controlled protected area) The paintings to be shown are from Jesse Williams’ later years as a BFA student to the present.
