March 21st- Full Body Strengthen and Stretch (Part One): Introduction to a full body strengthen and stretch routine that can be accomplished every day in the comfort of your own home. We will refer to an instructive handout that you can make specific notes to remind yourself the exercise execution
March 28th- Full Body Strengthen and Stretch (Part Two): Review and adaptions for exercises learned in Part 1- Full Body Strengthen and Stretch. Participants will practice movements and have opportunity to ask specific questions on how to adapt each exercise. Attending Part 1 Stretch Routine from this session or last is required.
*Participants may bring their own resistance bands or they may purchase a demo band after class for a fee of $7.50*
