Support Local Talent This Fall With 613flea And The Ottawa Farmers Market
This season, we’re shopping sustainably – and we’re going to look good doing it, too.
After great success this summer, the not-for-profit 613flea is returning to the Glebe for four days this fall. With over 90 boutique vendors, this popular flea market is guaranteed to have something for everyone. Clothing, pet care, handmade treasures, baked goods, vintage finds, you name it – they probably have it. If you’re looking to support your local vendors, scavenge out some unique finds, listen to live entertainment, or just enjoy the community at large this is the place for you.
613flea will be open September 25, October 9, October 16, and November 20, all dates are from 10am to 4pm. Located right in the heart of Lansdowne, at the Casino Lac Leamy Plaza (Aberdeen Square).
In it’s final seven weeks of the 2021 season, the Ottawa Farmers Market at Lansdowne is wrapping up their season but not their wide selection of homemade goods. Showcasing over 150 unique vendors it’s sure to have something for everybody. Whether you’re here to shop for a present, a meal, or just to simply treat yourself (as you should), it’s got you covered.
The Ottawa Farmers Market at Lansdowne is hosted every Sunday from 9am to 3pm at the Casino Lac Leamy Plaza (Aberdeen Square) stretching from May all the way to October 31st. This means you have seven more opportunities to take advantage of this eclectic collection of local vendors and creative minds.
Both of these events are hosted outside in the fresh air with plenty of room to social distance. Shop safely and shop seasonally while supporting local artists and local entrepreneurs. Come on down to check out these small businesses and have fun while doing it. Admission is free so make sure to walk, bike, scoot, or drive yourself there and don’t forget your mask!
