Fall Festivals, CityFolk and Bluesfest, are back at Lansdowne
Opening night on Thursday, September 16, was a great success with Charlotte Day Wilson, DVSN, Roy Wood, and Tome hitting the stage.
After a much too long leave of absence, the highly anticipated CityFolk and Bluesfest festivals return to the nation’s capital this week at Lansdowne Park. Spanning over a six day period, these festivals highlight and deliver on a wide array of talented and inspiring performers.
Tonight’s performance lineup on Friday, September 17th, highlights the talents of Canadian artists like Our Lady Peace, Moist, and Command Sisters.
Saturday, September 18th sees Dean Brody, The Reklaws, and Sacha hitting the stage.
Next week begins with Half Moon Run, Tokyo Police Club, Aysanabee, and Lauryn Macfarlane starting the week off strong on Thursday, September 23rd.
Followed by Jann Arden, Barenaked Ladies, and Ryland James showcasing their unique talents on Friday, September 24th.
Closing out the show you can see Tom Cochrane and Red Rider, April Wine, and MonkeyJunk on Saturday, September 25th.
Tickets are available online at the CityFolk and the Bluesfest site here with a day pass costing $55 and a weekend pass $130.
VIP options are also available for $101 for a day pass and $235 for a weekend pass.
