The Joy of Gluten Free prepares 'fabulous food everybody loves'. It was founded by owner/chef Susan Phipps after 10 years of intense recipe creations and research. We are dedicated to gluten free innovation. We vow to achieve the highest standards in both taste and nutrition, tantalizing your senses and taste buds with every product we carry. We are wheat free, rye free and barley free and we use 22 different kinds of gluten free flours in our bakery. We offer over 80+ products that are made in store and available daily. This includes a daily lunch menu as well as our fresh baked breads, buns, pizza crusts, cakes, dinner & dessert pies, sweets and pastries all made on the premises from scratch. For cooks there is a selection of pastas, our bread crumbs, our homemade all-purpose flour mix and gourmet items and we also offer a variety of grocery items.
